Your first session will be spent with one of our experienced coaches for a comprehensive assessment and fitness test. After that we will gradually introduce programmes that includes our core movements - bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, basic gymnastics, barbell lifts, plyometrics and more. The aim is to progress your knowledge, technique and fitness to a level that will clear up any existing injuries, prevent new ones, and allow you to confidently join your regular sessions.

What do I get, and how much does it cost ?

When shopping for fitness it is important to know what you are paying for. We hope this section will clearly define the value of Priorityfitness to our members. Unlike the typical gym membership, our rates are not based on our members simply gaining access to our gym facility and equipment. Instead, all of our classes are programmed and led by certified coaches, and each class includes personal training and supervision throughout the entire workout. Our member's per class cost is less than 10% of the cost that you may find for comparable one-on-one personal training services provided by certified trainers at a typical gym.

Our small group classes create an environment that motivates and supports each of our members to constantly improve their fitness level, but the class structure also has a financial benefit. Since the classes include multiple members, we are able to greatly reduce the per session cost to each member while still maintaining the highest possible training and coaching quality.

Simply stated, you will receive services that you will not find anywhere else in the area, and we believe you will find our program a real value.

Functional movements are the core of this program but other styles are integrated to achieve individual personal goals. Sculpting certain areas of the body will be achieved more efficiently with this program.

Training fundamentals and the nine elements of fitness are still the main focus in this program. You'll get a hands on lesson from top coaches on the best exercise techniques and nutritional advise that'll suit your lifestyle.

DJ's Kettlebell School

This workshop will cover all the functional kettlebell movements as well as some TRX (suspension training) and body weight calisthenics. I will demonstrate the techniques, break them down into easy drills so you can learn the correct technique and then supervise you performing the techniques.

You will learn everything from single kettlebell moves to double kettle bell workouts, safely and economically, e.g. KB swing, renegade row, high pulls, Turkish get ups, etc.
